is based on competence and Blended Learning

6
Aims in Detail
  • Carry out a specific survey (in all the partner
countries, a survey of the necessary training
programme requirements within the framework of
    each individual country)
  • Create a catalogue of competences (Divided into

    training programme and training moduls)

account the competences assessed) Development of
entrance and exit criteria and competences for
    the individual modules

7
Development of the Blended Learning Solution
  • Using the existing E-learning plattform to teach
    the study contents (CADpartner)
  • Teaching the specific target group comptences
    using a Blended Learning Solution
  • A methodical and meaningful combination of
    attendance learning - E-Learning - Peer
    Group-/Self-study
  • The usual learning process is supported by the
    synchronous (live) and asynchronous
    E-Learning interactive possibilities such as
    tutorials, discussion forums and FAQ-forums
  • Additional self study
  • Peer Group Learning (small study groups work
    together on specific problem-solving themes)

components adaptable and marketable for all
    partner countires
