BOSMIP II generated 3major projects of ACPR

• Reform of Occupational Health and Safety
• For counteract an erroneous implementing of OSH
  Directive and Strategy, ACPR
• had the initiative to set up National Committee
  for OSH, an try-partite board for
• OSH regulation and coordination, composed by EO
  -TU -MMFPS.
• ACPR set up National Service for OSH as a
  Social Economy Structure which will manage
  Insurance Fund for Occupational Risk and will
  offer services for risk assesment and labor
  accidents prevention and professional diseases.
• INDUSTRIAL WASTE PRODUCTS From PROBLEM to
  BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
• National program through will be indentified the
  major resources of pollution with industrial
  waste products. In collaboration with Research
  Institutes and Universities
• Will be elaborated projects of turning into
  account the industrial waste products in new
  business opportunities, based on innovative
  solutions and technologies.

  suggested SNDD), taking into
• account that currently, Romania does not have a
  National Strategy for long term

• In this respect we initiated and signed (or are
  in process of signing) agreements with
• Romanian Presidential Institution
• Romanian Academy
• Political parties with parliamentary
  representation
• Ministry of Regional Development
• Ministry of Environment
• Ministry of Labor
• Trade Union Confederations with relevant
  representation
• National Association of Student Organizations in
  Romania
• The Project will be officially kicked-off at
  National level in September 2009
• Each Romanian town receive a stars identification
  corresponding to its rate of sustainability!!!

Perspective

• Thank you to CE, BUSINESSEUROPE and to all BOSMIP
  experts and partners
• We still need of support and expertise for
  elaboration of viable strategy ( created on
  community level and assumed by all social
  partners ) and for implementation with an active
  participation. INSURE Project ??
• We are interested in being present on all major
  activities related with Sustainable Development
  and in establishing partnership, in exchanging
  information and best practices with all EU member
  states organizations.
