Purpose of IntranetProject of Implementation

• NBL Environment via the web to allow staff to
  place work on the web
• Students complete their work online, staff mark
  via the web
• Given number of administratively driven
  initiatives in (Secondary) education, potential
  for opposition from Staff
• Training on how to use, once the Intranet is
  written with consultation from Staff
• Need positive reaction directed from Staff
  members to enable implementation of Intranet
• Sub-team established via pilot group

• Less paper-orientated education at HVC (across
  College, not just via the Intranet, hence macro
  scale change as well as micro, but related)
• Greater desire on part of Staff to contribute to
  the ICT developments in school
• 24 hour access to students / staff members of
  work, regardless of geography

• Reduction of forces against technological
  solutions to teaching / learning / assessment,
  through working with Staff
• Greater independence of Staff, leading to change
  in their Social Identity
• As above, leading to a changed Social Perception
  of my role at HVC
• Management Goals (Intranet is Tech Bid target)
  becoming congruent with Staff goals, thereby
  leading to a higher degree of attainment
