Purpose

• Web based meeting Scheduler System.
• Schedule meetings online.
• Allows rescheduling the existing meetings and
  sending the notifications to participants.

Project Scope

• Planning and re-planning the meetings, given a
  date range.
• Support parallel meetings and virtual meetings
  (like teleconferencing).
• Can be used by both non-experts and experts and
  can also be customized by professionals.

• Solution The system shall support the meetings
  that are to be scheduled, where there is no time
  for requesting preferred dates and location from
  the participants.
