Management scheme for UK activities

• There will be a scientific/managerial Oversight
  Committee set up by PPARC
• There is a monthly UK project management
  committee
• There will be a project advisory group which will
  take decisions that are beyond the scope of the
  PMC, especially about use of the working
  allowance.
• Each WP has a WP manager who looks after
  planning, money, and day-to-day management of
  their WP.

Scope issues

• We are providing tooling for assembly but not
  installation. This does not really make sense.
• We are down to provide the coating on the
  ultimate reaction masses but not the masses. This
  only makes sense from some points of view.
• How much work is there to do to pick up the
  existing design/post control prototype and make
  the final design?
• How many suspensions?
• Need to resolve whether the CP are part of the
  ITM SUS.
• Significant cost effect.
• OSEM counts
• Ears
• Need to pin down details of Bham scope/interfaces.
