• Telecommuting facility is offered to all
  employees
• It is common to see
• Working from home occasionally for 1 or 2 days
• Logging from home late evenings, over
  holidays/weekends
• Taking calls from home includes
  webex/netmeeting, etc.
• Working from home continuously needs project
  manager approval
• Uncommon
• Most seen with mothers with new borns
• ability to work from home for a few months beyond
  the maternity leave
• Some medical situation wherein the employee needs
  to stay at home but can work
