old and they have cut back on maintenance to save

- Last year CHC Scotia trained more pilots than the
Royal Navy - This year we will train 50 more pilots to
satisfy oil industry demand - 47 Pilots to be trained for Aberdeen Base alone
- Future Requirement (2002, 2003 onwards)
- Recruit 20 new pilots each year
- Licensed Engineers
- Apprenticeship scheme completed in 2001
- Dialogue ongoing per continuing the scheme
