Long term objectives

• Improve patient care
• Improve the Centres reception conditions
• Avoid waiting lists
• Organise patient orientation within the various
  care systems

The Patients Needs

• Every patient oriented to the centre has to
  receive a response adapted to his/her demand
• All responses should be within the AMC framework
  (which respects all theoretical approaches of the
  Centres therapists) in which the association and
  Centres policy is registered in accordance with
  the conclusions of the first phase of
  certification
• The whole of the institution is dedicated to this
  care policy, which corresponds to the common law
  requirements

Our answer to patients needs

• A reception and orientation unit will be put into
  place to serve as an interface between the
  demands and responses, which would extend beyond
  the current classic reception.
• It will consist of a psychiatrist (R.
  BENNEGADI), social worker (MJ BOURDIN), medical
  secretary (M. ROUAH).
• It falls under the responsibility of the deputy
  management (Certification Réf. OPC)
• It will begin in January 2009

• All demands are completely and adequately handled
• With a specialised reception, medical secretaries
  will no longer suffer from burnout due to unclear
  or incomplete responses
• This plan of action will be evaluated every 6
  months
