Outline
  • Blow your horn. The big achievements. Also, the
    technical issues remaining. Very important
    technical and/or organizational changes which
every committee member must hear (e.g. the TRT
wire joint problem is solved, the DSM pixel chip
is successful, the LAr signal feedthroughs are
completely installed, etc (3-5 slides) Details
    in the breakouts
  • Update from March 2001 DOE/NSF Review
  • Look at your conclusion from last year and show
update. What did you promise to do last year
    what did you actually do?
  • For example, last year Tile was in the middle of
production, this year all submodules are complete
and n/64 have been shipped to CERN
  • (Cost and Schedule variances and explanations in
breakout session if requested by subcommittee
    chair)
  • (ETC02 explanation of major changes in
    breakout session)
  • Coherent description on how the completion of
    construction, installation and pre-operations/comm
    issioning fit together
  • Explain your assumptions what is the U.S.
responsibility? What do you assume for labor
    bottom up? Same as construction?
