  staff members
• and concern for their growth and well-being.

- about creativity for creativity sake. - just
about having fun per se.

- about synergising efforts among all staff
members to achieve the school's goals. - about
putting the school's needs and the students'
needs above departmental and individual needs.
It is NOT
- about competition. - about zero-sum or win-lose
attitudes.
