• Observation Domain change in definition
• The set of observation points which is the
  largest aggregatable set of flow information at
  the IPFIX Device is termed an observation domain.
• Changed To
• A collection of Observation Points and their
  corresponding Metering Processes is termed an
  Observation Domain.
