- Championed the POLIO ERADICATION programme
- MALARIA PREVENTION - 2002-03 Rotary year - So far
50,000 Impregnated Treated Nets (ITN) distributed
in 10 of the 14 Countries - HIV/AIDS Education Programmes have been discussed
at District Conferences and most Clubs have
adopted this for their programmes

Rotary Continues to impact positively in Ghana
- Donated Dental Equipment worth 1.0 million to
the University of Ghana Medical School - Donated Kidney Dialysis Machines and Computers to
leading Hospitals - A Rotarian, Professor Mastaldi, a renowned
Plastic Surgeon, from the U.K., was in Ghana for
several years to help set-up, train and start the
unit.

Rotary Continues to impact positively in Ghana
- Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Unit was
built for the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in
Accra. Funded through R.I. Funds contributions
from some Clubs in the United Kingdom.

- Hundreds of bore Holes to provide clean drinking
water for rural communities - with Matching
Grants from Clubs in the US UK. - Coordinated all N.I.D.s throughout the
immunisation programme - Distributed 480 wheelchairs donated by The
Wheelchair Foundation to the needy - 280 more
expected
