• Leadership-communication, clear roles and
  responsibilities, focus on the objective, knowing
  the terrain, taking responsibility, thinking it
  through and having a strategy
• Resources such as infrastructure, expertise, and
  experience make a difference
• Strategy and effective use can overcome lack of
  resources
• Resources without effective strategy will not win
  the day
• Flexibility, risk taking, individual performance
  makes a difference, give people credit for having
  done their best.
• Training, purposeful training, be flexible where
  you work, need to know your assetts and have a
  complete vision, cant control what you cant
  see, battle lead by the captain not the general,
  individual initiative and flexibility, taking
  opportunity.
• Approaching a problem from a different angle,
  take the time to regroup, create a new
  approach,communication is key, thinking outside
  the box
• When you have the momentum keep going
• Accountability, hold people accountable
