book, no single sheets - User gets digital file in PDF format, the file is
searchable, user can download it within 60 days

- In 2004 decision to start digitise the movie
archive - Old material was on VHS tapes, new material
(since 2004) on DVD and also in multi-media
server - There are 264 videos now accessible online

- They cant be searched with general rules (except
authors) - Sometimes the number of licences is increased and
the account blocked
- Positive
- 12830 recordings are searchable via OPAC
- Users can access more recordings than we have on
the shelves easily and quickly - The recordings are often found by the users, who
dont know how to search
