Summary
  • Follow-up of ECSC regime(expired on 23 July
    2002)
  • Reserves are used for RFCS (grants paid from the
    interests)
  • Budget for coal approx. 14 M per year
  • Dedicated only to coal and steel related research
  • Relatively simple application procedure
