• FCC issued new rules for the band 2500-2690 MHz
• Renamed the Multipoint Distribution Service (MDS)
  to Broadband Radio Service (BRS)
• Have 3 segments LBS, MBS, UBS
• Low power, cellularised broadbande use in LBS and
  UBS (by limiting signal strengths to 47 dBµV/m in
  the LBS and UBS, at the geographical service area
  boundaries)
