MEDIUM Term CONOPS

• Strategy
• Use available ground and air systems capabilities
• Expand on Link2000 package
• Target also TMA, Surface and Inter-Continental
  operations
• Derive requirements for new applications to
  exchange FMS trajectory (e.g. ADS-C)
• Develop operational procedures to allow
  air-ground negotiation
• Lay foundation for full 4D Trajectory operations

• ICAO Datalink Steering Group (DLSG) and ATN
  Accommodation Drafting Group (ADG)
