- Long lasting, and recurring Skin condition
- Itching, scratching, drying skin,
- Red, scales, excoriated. Sometime may blistering
and weeping.

in childhood, usually during infancy. - May fade in childhood, or continue to life long.
- Affect men and women and all races equally.
