Concept

• Window of opportunity to gather timely data on
  HPV vaccine in underrepresented communities
• Data that could inform collaborative intervention
  projects
• Utilize network synergies to
• recruit populations underrepresented in HPV
  vaccine research
• use common content, implement survey
• analyze data and produce manuscript

• About 50 Interviews Per Site
• Each site could target groups they are already
  working with
• HPV questions could be added to ongoing surveys
• Designate core Qs optional set
• Allow some variation in exact wording, keep
  consistent response categories
• Cognitive testing is usual and necessary part of
  fielding survey, so there is possibility for
  synergies with cognitive testing project

• have only about one year to complete any project
  we undertake
• there is no additional funding for any project we
  undertake
• therefore, not all sites may be able to
  participate
• overall, we can probably accomplish more as a
  network if we undertake 2-3 projects with the
  involvement of 2-4 sites in each
