Feasibility study

• It was created a commission on 30th of June 2006
  for the implementation of the feasibility study
  (8 persons) and public procurement procedures.
• A contract was signed on 24th of January 2007
  with the Lithuanian company NPR
• The feasibility study is finalized in May 2007
