Culture Appreciation Day!
Brittanie Partridge and Megan Michaels invited
six of the Brunswick High School foreign exchange
students to Jordan Acres and Longfellow
Elementary School to share stories about their
countries to fourth graders. Emphasis was placed
on cultural differences including food, religion,
pop culture, national attitude, and language
barriers.
We would like to thank all of the fourth grade
students and teachers in Jordan Acres and
Longfellow schools, along with our amazing
foreign exchange students.
Goal To banish stereotypes, celebrate diversity,
and help the students gather information for
their international project unit.
