• Username Password Common Security (Same as
  login to SHARE, MAP-D)

Logged In

• Takes time to load
• When top of screen appears,
• (VSOxxxx, Find e-Folder, etc) database is loaded

Find eFolder

• Place curser over Find e-Folder
• (It will turn yellow)
• Double click

Searching for eFolder

• Input Veterans Claim or SSN
• Click Search

eFolder Found

• Note Claim is Blue when eFolder is found
• If no eFolder is found screen will be blank, it
  will also show 0 Matches at the bottom of the
  screen

Documents found in eFolder

• Default displays all Documents within that folder
• To view a document, double click on Blue Doc ID

• Codesheet is maintained in Veterans file

• Select Close or X above close

CP Exam

• Ability to view exam used by Rater for decision
• Care should be taken when printing any screen and
  keeping it or giving it to the Veteran.
• EXTREME Care should be taken when printing a CP
  for mental health and providing a copy to the
  Veteran!
• It is TVCs policy NOT to provide CP mental
  health exam results to a Veteran
