History of the Church

• 1970 - Juan Urriola, and Luis Ramirez, Mission
  efforts .
• 1981 to 1984 - Forrest McDonald, first American
  Missionary
• 2002 - 2 congregations with a total combined
  membership of 35
• September, 2003 - a team of six (6) Chris and
  Vicky Fry, Ethan and Ashley Hardin, Vanessa
  Heady, and Enoch Rinks committed to five years of
  evangelism in Asuncion.
• September 5, 2004 - Sacramento Street church of
  Christ inaugural service with 171 in attendance.
  Included area congregations, stateside
  supporters, and recent study contacts.
• Currently - Sacramento Street church of Christ
  has been meeting for 3 years with 60 members in
  regular attendance. This is the largest
  congregation of the Lords body in Paraguay to
  date.
