8Fuel Maximizer
Heavy Duty - 4,000 gauss Super Duty - 7,500
gauss Industrial - 11,200 gauss
Delivers a positive ionic magnetic charge into
fuel line which allows for more oxygen bonding
for an efficient burn.
9Air Energizer (ACE) 4,000 gaussBig diesels can
go up to 11,200 gauss
The latest advance in combustion dynamics
Used with the Fuel Energizer, it puts a negative
charge in the air, binding oxygen to the fuel
molecule resulting in higher combustion
efficiency (fuel savings) lower emissions
(advanced pollution control).
10Industrial Strength Air Energizer 11,200 gauss
(negative)
For those who demand the very best
For heavy duty big engines with large diameter
air intake hoses. These are 11,200 gauss
(negative) to fit the following air intake hoses
- 3-1/2 to 5-1/2 inch
- 5-1/2 to 7-1/2 inch
- 7-1/2 to 9 inch
11Coolant Maximizer (MAE)4,000 gauss
- Removes scale opens plugged galleries from
radiator water jacket - providing less
friction. - Better circulation heat transfer
- Prevents corrosion
Puts a positive charge in the engine which allows
the fuel to enter into combustion chamber fully
energized ready to provide maximum combustion
efficiency.
12Specifications

modifications
required. Servicing Requirements NONE
13Kits are customized to what your vehicle needs
- A 1 magnetic piece WITH one back plate.
- B 2 opposing magnetic pieces. No back plates.
- C 3 magnetic pieces which form a triangular
configuration. No back plates. - D 4 magnetic pieces which form a circular
configuration. No back plates.
14Back Plates Can Be Useful
A back plate is a solid square of plastic-coated
steel attached opposite the magnetic piece.
Sometimes 2 or more magnetic pieces with a back
plate are used in a row next to each other (A
set) on fuel line. There is the same amount of
power as without a back plate (B set), but
contact time is spread out over a longer distance
allowing for more contact time with the fuel that
diesel fuel may require. Having NO back plate
means that there are 2 or more opposing magnetic
pieces around a line used for larger hoses (B, C
or D set). The result is doubling with a B,
tripling with a C quadrupling with a D set
- the flux density reducing the distance of
magnetic power. Either way, having a back plate
or not, is OK. Its a matter of preference.
15The Large Industrial / Commercial EPM System may
include the following
Other combinations available, depending on your
vehicle pipe size.
16Other Commercial-Size Combinations
OR
You may need another configuration, depending on
size of your lines or hoses. Also if there is
enough space.
17Smaller Fuel Maximizer (AFE-A)with back plate
Best results are obtained by an additional
secondary treatment with AFE-As. Install on each
fuel injector port (4,000 gauss)
18Increasing Your Power
- A Tandem set (2 sets) will double the power.
- A Tri-andem set (3 sets) will triple the power
of what the B, C, or D set already is. - Use as many sets as it requires for your pipe
size.
19Easy to Install
Simply strap it on!
- No moving parts.
- Is easily placed on the fuel line, water hose,
and air intake. - Installs in minutes with no cutting or tools
required.

24Mounting The Fuel Units on Fuel Line
This is an example of an A configuration.A
one magnetic piece with a back plate.
Fig. 2 Insert 2nd strap through remaining
holes in the Fuel Unit and tighten both straps
until unit is snug.DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. NOTE
When the fuel line is too small to fit snugly
between the unit backing plate, bend the plate
as shown above and then tighten straps.
Fig. 1Place the strap through the holes at one
end. DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY. Leave approx. one
inch adjustment loop. Place the Fuel Unit around
the fuel line.
25Break-Through Patented Monopole Technology
A magnetic system capable of delivering the
proper magnetic field
The single (mono) pole technique of the
MAGNETIZER has no canceling effect and
practically offers the highest necessary flux
density ("voltage") available.
26How MAGNETIZER Works
- As fuel molecules pass by the powerful, highly
focused magnetic field - Molecules are polarized (organized)
- Fuel takes on a net positive () charge
The resulta total burn better fuel
efficiency.No hot spotting.
27Positively charged fuel binds more existing
oxygen for a more efficient explosive gas
FUEL entering is natural, chaotic,clustered
molecules
FUEL exiting is now polarized and positively
charged
Carbon/varnish gone
Carbon/varnishbuild-up
28MAGNETIZER Technology
Two distinct types of Hydrogen
MAGNETIZER excites the electrons in water which
increases the oxygen bonding to the water
molecule for greater oxidation capacity.
2) Ortho-Hydrogen
1) Para-Hydrogen
Magnetizing the water breaks up the naturally
formed bonds and associations (the grape-like
clusters of minerals). The separations allow
more surface for oxygen bonding.
Normal Para Rotation
MagnetizerOrtho-Rotation
The result is more available oxygen which
increases oxidation and buffers pH. The magnetic
water also lowers the surface tension and cuts
friction in plumbing, providing higher flow on
less energy and (higher pump efficiency).
29Stabilization Period
- After installation An immediate increase in
power, fuel savings emissions reduction. - Through next 3 tanks full (average)The system
will stabilize into its final high fuel
efficiency of increased savings, power a high
reduction of emissions. - Furthermore, the system always works once it
stabilizes. It is a simple mechanism law of
physics that all fluids going through a
properly focused strong magnetic field have to
react.
30During Stabilization Period
- All fuel bi-products such as varnish carbon
deposits in the fuel delivery system will be
re-absorbed into the energized fuel. Deposits
will be cleaned from lines, injectors or jets. - Magnetic Fuel Line Saturation Fuel takes on a
millivoltage charge which breaks up molecular
clusters. This causes better burning. - Carbon Cleaning Period Carbon Monoxide
emissions will immediately go down which means
fuel efficiency has increased. Carbon is burned
off in combustion chamber. - Compression Ring Seal Compression goes up
which helps fuel efficiency stops contaminating
the oil which is good for engine longevity.
31Diesel Stabilization
- Diesel Fuel Energizer Systems are engineered for
the specific fuel delivery system used on that
model engine as many model engines offer
different fuel delivery systems. - We will work with you to identify which
Magnetizer Fuel Energizer System is required.
Results may vary with each engine individual
driving habits. Hot air temp higher elevations
will lower mpg performance due to less oxygen
in air.
32Diesel Fuel Energizer Systems
- Have been observed to take much longer than
gasoline to stabilize. - Due to the heavier viscosity of diesel versus
gasoline, the millivoltage charge is less,
thereby, the diesel fuel gives off a greater
percentage of its energy to the steel parts
until saturation.
33Diesel Stabilization - Millivoltage
- Since the millivoltage charge is less there
are usually much larger steel lines, the big-rig
trucks may stabilize at 2,500-3,000 miles.
Then the system comes on with its final, full
increased efficiency.
- Most big-rig operators have observed greater
power in the rigs ability to go up hills in
a higher gear
34Tips
- Oil The EPM System cleans out sludge and
carbon from engine will end up in your oil.
This can cause decreased mileage and needs to be
watched for. Oil oil filter needs to be changed
as needed. - Once engine is cleaned, oil will stay clean much
longer give peak performance and peak mpg. - Coolant If engine water jacket has buildup
accumulation, after a period of time, it should
be flushed the coolant changed. If temperature
fluctuates or rises higher than normal, it will
be REQUIRED to FLUSH the COOLING SYSTEM. - Air Fuel ratio needs to be watched. Should be
monitored and adjusted accordingly. If engine
performance goes down, it is an indication that
the air filter must be replaced.
35Air Filter Must Be Clean!
If dirty, it must be replaced.
Energized fuel requires a clean air filter for
complete flow-through, otherwise, the fuel will
be oxygen starved and can reduce mileage and
increase exhaust emissions.
If after replacing the air filter, the mileage
does not go up there may be a vacuum leak or
some other type of problem.
36If an engine has vacuum or manifold leaks
- The increase in combustion pressure from the
higher burning efficiency may result in lower
mileage. - It is impossible for the EPM to fix mechanical
problems on an engine.
37Seasonal Temperature Changes
- Cooler air is more dense contains more oxygen,
so mpg performance will tend to be higher. - High summer temperatures can reduce mpg
performance due to less oxygen in hotter air. - The same is true for low elevations vs. high
elevations as the air is thinner at high
elevations, and contains less oxygen. - Owners reporting great results in colder weather
have noticed a drop in performance going into the
hot season. This can be the reason if nothing
mechanically is wrong with vehicle.
38Final Fuel Savings
After Stabilization Period
- Smaller car/van type engines 8 -15
- Larger commercial engines 5.5 - 17
- Huge industrial engines 4.5 - 6.7
May vary with each engine individual driving
habits. Hot air temp higher elevations will
lower mpg performance due to less oxygen in air.

40Testimonial
We purchased Magnetizer units to treat our
school bus. This bus was getting an average of
7.81988 miles per gallon, or 2.7682 kilometers
per litre. After installation of the
Magnetizer, over the next four months, the gas
mileage jumped to 8.82630 miles per gallon or
3.12454 kilometers per litre. This represents a
13 savings on our fuel expenses for this
vehicle. We are continuing to monitor our fuel
mileage very closely, and if these results
continue, we will be considering purchasing these
units for the rest of our fleet.
41Testimonial from a Truck Driver
I drive a big-rig truck and have always had that
black smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe.
After installing the Magnetizer Engine System, I
have NO back smoke just a puff while shifting -
amazing! And my chrome stack stays shiny.
Commit yourself to cleaning up the environment!
