• ISPRS may bring a significant contribution at
  regional and sub-regional levels, bringing
  together scientists, service providers and users
  representatives in targeted workshops,
  encouraging (and whenever necessary subsidising)
  the involvement of skilled and highly motivated
  junior scientists and engineers.

• RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ISPRS (2)
• Delivering the proper information to end-users is
  the key issue. So, first of all, ISPRS should
  contribute to identify the main regional
  information needs in close co-operation with its
  regional members, and focus regional workshops on
  regional priorities and issues of major interest.

  imply to bridge the work of technical upstream
  commissions and thematic downstream
  commissions.
