Title: Psalm 22:111

2Psalm 221-11 My God, my God, why have you
forsaken me?Why are you so far from saving me,
from the words of my groaning? O my God, I cry
by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but
I find no rest. Yet you are holy, enthroned on
the praises of Israel. In you our fathers
trusted they trusted, and you delivered them. To
you they cried and were rescuedin you they
trusted and were not put to shame...
3But I am a worm and not a man,scorned by mankind
and despised by the people. All who see me mock
methey make mouths at me they wag their heads
"He trusts in the LORD let him deliver himlet
him rescue him, for he delights in him!" Yet you
are he who took me from the wombyou made me
trust you at my mother's breasts. On you was I
cast from my birth, and from my mother's womb you
have been my God. Be not far from me,for
trouble is near, and there is none to help.

5Obedient Faith
Feb 19, 2006
6And without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for whoever would draw near to God must believe
that He exists and that He rewards those who
diligently seek Him. (Heb 116)
7What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he
has faith but does not have works? Can that faith
save him? If a brother or sister is poorly
clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you
says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and
filled," without giving them the things needed
for the body, what good is that? So also faith by
itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
(James 214-18)

13Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you,
and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in
heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For
my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Mt
1128-30)
