Task 1.1 Consortium Agreement

• Sent to all partners December 2006
• No reactions were received
• Ready for signature at the Kick-off meeting
• To be signed by the project manager of each
  partner (legal representatives are bound by the
  contract).

Task 1.2 Project Partner Committee

• Formalised at the kick-off meeting.
• Composed by the project managers of each partner.
• He/she, or a delegate of his/her, has to attend
  every project meeting.
• Decision making procedures are stated in the
  Consortium Agreement
• Will meet at every Project Meeting to take the
  formal decisions.
