Mission Statement
To provide standardized unit level training
throughout the Financial Management Community to
all units in the current ARFORGEN cycle. To
provide technical support to financial management
units on deployable systems in a deployable
environment. To provide realistic training of
core competencies and a realistic certification
exercise incorporating lessons learned to assist
units in their preparation for deployment.

Objectives
- To ensure every deploying or deployed unit is
trained on the technical finance systems - To ensure every deploying or deployed unit is
trained on the Core Competencies - To standardize training requirements and
packets - To publish model field SOPS/MOAs
- To assist units transition to theater
- To train units to train themselves
- To assist in training exercises
- To ensure training, processes, systems and new
initiatives continue - to be DoDFMR/DoD/UCS compliant
- To put the training responsibility back on the
Command Teams - To establish Ft. McCoy Financial Management
Warrior Training Center as the collective
training center for deploying units -

Requirements - A Quick Response Support Team (QRST) to units
deployed - Assistance in the initial setup and upgrades of
systems during transitions into - theater of operations
- The oversight of training for all deploying
units Master Matrix Schedule - The oversight and training operations of the
Ft. MWTC - The oversight with the FMC and FORSCOM on
sourcing and funding of units - The coordination for unit support with the
National Providers - Training and assessments to the FMCs and
separate units - Assistance to the TSCs, FMCs, and SBs on
training deficiencies and needs identified by
their leadership - Standardize training packets, plans, and
guidance to the field
