  • ?ST Method is a new way of low temperature
    pasteurization of liquid foodstuff. The Method
    secures preservation of nutritious properties and
    flavouring qualities of natural product without
    decrease in economic indicators of manufacture at
    substantial growth of shelf life.

MST METHOD BASICS
  • The product is pumped into the MST chamber under
    pressure, dispersing into the droplets (droplets
    size 2-3 microns) via spray nozzle
  • Being sprayed at speed of 10 m/sec along the
    steam heated jacket of the chamber, the droplets
    undergo rapid temperature shock of 65-115 ? and
    pressure loss
  • The product flows down the bottom of MST chamber
    and then proceeds to cooling
  • The products holding time in the MST chamber is
    a few seconds and depends on units capacity and
    dimension
  • The result of such extremely treatment is
    suppression or elimination of microorganisms
    vital function.
