Implementation Plan

• Hold a planning dept meeting within one week
• Hold a company wide meeting within 2 weeks
• Transfer the managers and hire the new managers
  within 1 month
• Display productivity results for each month
• After 1 year review the current status

Contingency Plan

• If managers will not transfer departments then
  hire a new manager from outside the company.
• If no improvement is made after 1 year look at
  trying job rotations, re-arranging the facility,
  or production incentives
