- Integral part of the process
- A 2000-2500 word report (double spaced and typed)
- A confidential document
- Written in the first person singular
- Do not use acronyms or jargon
- Signed by a suitable sponsor
- Assessed by the interviewers before your
interview - Email a copy to your RM if you would like
feedback prior to submission

- It is mandatory
- Not an examination

- Lasts 45 minutes
- Two assessors
- You will be scored against UK SPEC
