• Teams 1-3 brainstorm ideas for how these types of
  bridge projects could be built using ABC
  approaches Team 4 brainstorms ideas for how
  prefab details could be improved
• Brief presentation on project/details
• Open brainstorming on ideas no critiquing
• For each idea, opportunities obstacles
  discussed then ideas prioritized
• Ideas further developed, including key features
  estimates of time cost savings

• Team presentations of their ideas
• Overall group discussion of each teams ideas
• Group-prioritization of each teams ideas

Breakout Session B

• Taking group-prioritized ideas, further develop
  ideas and their opportunities obstacles
• Develop proposed activities or steps needed to
  implement ideas, e.g., needed research, policy
  change, specifications
• Prioritize proposed activities or steps for each
  idea as needed
