  lesson on the definitions of bullying and
  harassment per the district initiative.
• Teachers will follow up as necessary, throughout
  the year.

• Measurement of outcome Office referrals
  concerning bullying/harassment will be documented
  and responded to as necessary. As the year
  progresses, we should see fewer incidences of
  bullying based on ongoing training of our
  students.

• Prior to writing an action plan, an Advisory
  Committee meeting should be held. This committee
  will help determine the needs and concerns for
  the area in which the action plan is being
  written.
