Extending the Perl Crawler

• Oracle extensions
• Create sequence objects to generate sequential
  numeric primary key values.
• Create table triggers to populate primary key
  sequence number from sequence.
• Modify PVCrawlerDBLayer.pm to make database
  connection, work with Oracle dates,
  last_insert_id.
• Modify SNSBootScan.pm to skip specified IOCs.
• Add sprintf code.
• Create SNS schema data synchronization code.
