Buffet Cook

• During the week days there is the lunch and
  dinner buffet
• Saturday is the breakfast buffet -open from 830
  to 1130 (scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles,
  bacon and sausage)
• Sunday is the brunch buffet-open from 900 to
  200 (scrambled eggs, hash browns, quiche,
  meatballs, pancakes, french toast, sausage,
  bacon, smoked ham and the omelet station )
• The buffet cook cooks all the hot food including
  the 3 soups and makes sure the buffet is running
  smoothly

• There is a courtyard in the hotel which has six
  large rooms for various types of functions
• There are 4 larger rooms which are separated by
  sliding doors or they can be pulled back thus
  creating one giant room which could hold 1000
  people
• Wedding, socials, breakfast with Santa, Christmas
  parties, awards dinners
