6They welcomed us warmly wherever we went
7A few friendly faces
8No one wore any shoes. Many people were too poor

32This boy lives with his aunt
33This boy was locked out of his house. His
grandmother cares for him and had to attend a
funeral and it was safer for him to be locked
outside than stay inside alone. A young boy left
home alone in Kenya is asking for trouble.
34These two sisters are HIV positive. One is six
and the other is 5-years-old. Both of their
parents died from AIDs.
35This orphan girl is 14 and lives with her aunt.
She was one of the most beautiful girls I saw.
To each orphan house we visited we brought eggs
and beanie babies.
