Pre-heating boiler feed water

• Installed evacuated tubes collectors based solar
  water heating system at Shriram Rayons , Kota for
  pre-heating boiler feed water.
• Installed capacity of single solar water heating
  systems is 35000 LPD 38000 LPD 73000LPD.

• SWHS replace 122740 kg of Coal for 35000 LPD and
  133260 kg of Coal for 38000 LPD per year of using
  both of the systems which was used in pre-heating
  boiler feed water for steam generation.
• Cost saving steam of about Rs 18.6 lac per year.
• Both of the system which is used in boiler for
  steam generation and steam is used to turn the
  turbines which in turn provide rotary power to
  the electric generator.

Sun pay electricity bill

• On the basis of Payback period the system is
  free after 3 years and will get hot water without
  paying electricity bill, its paid by sun for
  whole year.

CONCLUSION

• DSIL group has a strong emphasis on Technology

• Pre-heated boiler feed water through solar water
  heating system will dramatically decrease energy
  bill reduced Pollution.
• Payback showing after few years the system is
  free and will get hot water without paying
  electricity bill i.e save energy save money
  save nation.
