  • New Commercial Vehicle Freight Mobility Forum

Forum Mission
  • Work with both the public and private sectors to
    develop and deploy commercial vehicle and
    intermodal freight technologies and systems that
  • save lives, time, and money
  • enhance quality of life
  • strengthen homeland security in North America

Forum Goals
  • Expand membership of the forum to include regular
    representation from all states all segments of
    the intermodal freight industry and relevant
    federal and international agencies
  • Achieve ongoing collaboration with key state,
    regional, international, and industry partners
    and associations
  • Provide policy guidance and address critical
    questions related to emerging technologies and
    information systems
  • Work with ITS stakeholders to advocate and
    facilitate the implementation of guiding
    principles and best practices
