  • Issued in series over 36 months
  • Contributions of P5,000-P25,000 per month
  • Interest 5 non-compounding, subject to 20 WHT,
    payable on maturity date
  • Proceeds applicable to DP, or redeemable in cash
  • Can be applied to any available ALI/CI/Avida
    project on conversion date
  • Entitles investors to a bonus credit of 10 of

Conversion Mechanics

    notice requesting investors to signify pay-out
    option
  • Investor shall have 60 days from maturity date to

  • Investor must secure financing for the portion of
    the purchase price not covered by his bond
    proceeds
  • If coursed through broker, the 10 bonus credit
    will be forfeited
