Wheres the Breakdown

• Error Prevention as much as possible, the
  system should be designed to so that the user
  cannot make serious errors
• The payment due amount and due date are not on
  the form it is easy for the user to input an
  erroneous amount or date.
• Errors might be avoided with the addition of
  interactive features
• Radial buttons allowing the user to select
  minimum payment due or pay current balance
• A calendar highlighting the due date
