2Policy Details - Profile
- Enhancement of this report will provide a rate
against the risk item and cover type. - This will then provide a function whereby the
data can be exported to provide a current
overview of the rating applicable to a specific
policy for each cover type.
3Rate on Cover Type
- For each Risk Item we display the Rate Applied
against the Cover Limit Sum Insured. - This is a rate that is calculated on an annual
basis against the Premium inclusive of VAT where
applicable.
4Warranties Definitions
- Warranties and Definitions can now be defined in
English and Afrikaans. These can now be loaded
100 as per the insurers definitions. - These are printed automatically as the cover or
attribute details have been defined. - There is no user intervention required to ensure
that a warranty is printed correctly. These also
included clauses and cover definitions.
5Risks Claimed Report
- This report will provide details on the claim in
a summary of the current flow status and the 5
financial status details of the claim. - This detail is per Risk Item and Cover Type under
an Insurer.

7APO jobs associated to Banks
- An APO job can now be associated with a specific
bank or group of banks. - We have added a specialised function to add an
APO job to collect premium from a facility other
than a Bank. - If you have an internal financial arrangement or
a salary process.
8Printing Bookmark Endorsement Pro-rata due date
- A bookmark has been added to enable the user to
print the Due Date of the pro-rata / once-off
premium on an amendment to be collected.

10Print pre-cancellation schedule
- During the cancellation process a schedule of the
current cover and premium can be printed and auto
saved to the system. - This will enable a record of the policy prior to
cancellation for future reference purposes.

comment field? - Printing of the policy fees anticipated on a
proposal is correctly calculated as per the
defaults associated with the policy and can only
be updated once the Policy is activated.
13Add Multiple Risks to a Section
- The dialogue when adding Risk Items to a section
has been enhanced to add Multiple Risk Items
instead of each Risk Item on an individual basis. - The dialogue can be filtered to list all items or
items that have no cover on the policy. - This will greatly enhance the addition of
multiple risks where we add for instance 200 life
assureds on a single bordereaux in the master
policy environment.
14Risk Item Search Facility on Claim Details
Dialogue
- When a Risk Item is associated with a claim, and
there are multiple risk items on a policy,
specifically in the master policy environment, it
makes sense to search for a specific Risk Item as
the list can have from 1 to a 1000 or more
entries in the list view. - The Search facility will allow the user to type
details of the Description for the Risk Item as
well as the criteria of the Default Attribute
value. - The item found will be highlighted and it will
automatically be selected.

16Enhanced Macro code - Excel
- Enhanced macro variables to allow for enhanced
macro code to be added to the generation of pivot
tables when exporting data from IIX to excel

- The macro code in Word has been updated to
incorporate one module instead of the current 6
modules. - This includes the translator and save modules
etc. - It is imperative that the new modMain module
and SectionDef modules are incorporated into the
current templates before upgrading to the new
version.

- The MS Word Template naming standard has been
amended to remove characters from the Template
Description such as - Characters , , _, -, , (, ),
., etc.

- The IIX WH has been updated with the latest
Premium Bordereaux Cube. - Included with this new cube is the 3 workflow
related cubes to measure, Open Logs, Log History
and User Production.

Managing Firm, Location, Representing Broker and
Insured, Completion Status, Insurer, Date Log
Activated, Log Reason Log Type, Policy Type,
Flow Task in Workflow, User and the Number of
Logs.

- The information available to the user pertains to
Managing Firm, Location, Representing Broker and
Insured, Insurer, Policy Type, Flow Task in
Workflow, User and the Number of Logs and the
number of Days Allocated.
23IIX WH Premium Bordereaux
- This report provides premium history against the
premiums raised in terms of invoices and credit
notes, and how these transactions were settled. - The measuring dimensions are from Broker Firm,
Location, Administrator, Insurer, Representing
Broker, Policy Type, Cover type, Risk Item,
Receipt Type etc. - The measurement is against Gross Premium,
Commission, Admin Fees, Policy Fees, Income
Items, Net Premium, Licence Fees, Lloyds Tax etc. - Within IIX there are 5 earning entities defined
in the split expense definitions and these are
covered in this Enhanced OLAP report.
24Auto Assign in Workflow Override
- The Auto Assign in the workflow which allocates
the flow task to the next user in the next group
when a task is completed can now be overridden so
that the user working with the process can retain
the work flow allocation from the start of a
process to the completion of the process.
