8 My Interview With Elizabeth Barkeloo
Background Owner/manager of Jimmy Johns Gourmet
Sandwiches on Ridge Road Summary
Elizabeth did not attend college, but opened up a
Jimmy Johns franchise last March. She said it
was pretty stressful and her work was tedious,
but she liked the feeling of accomplishment. She
always had quotas to be met, and was constantly
under the corporates eye. It was hard to keep
up, but she, along with her co-mangers and staff,
did their best to make Jimmy Johns the spot to
eat. Unfortunately, Jimmy Johns had to close due
to personal hardships last month.
