Project ARGUS Protecting Against Terrorist Attack
What is Project Argus ?  Project ARGUS is a
unique opportunity to explore ways to prevent,
handle and recover from a terrorist attack.
Whether you are a national chain or independent
business this simulation exercise provides the
chance to learn and contribute valuable lessons
helping to protect you, your business and the
public. Have you considered how you would react
or cope in the event of your business being
caught up in the middle of an international
terrorist attack, domestic extremism incident or
other catastrophe such as flooding, fire,
explosions or major disaster. Working in groups
this simulation exercise is both informative and
challenging thereby providing you with a better
understanding of the nature of a terrorist
attack.
What you can expect ? Argus is a completely free
event which takes you through a realistic
terrorist attack using a multi-media simulation.
A series of questions and challenges are put to
you, both individually and as a group that need
to be resolved. You will work in small
syndicate groups with other local business
representatives. The whole event lasts two hours.
