- There are two detention ponds located at the
southeast corner of the site. - Wal-marts detention pond is the west pond.
- The east pond adjacent to Quebec Street is for
the pad sites. - Each pond has its own flow control structure and
was designed to detain a 100 year storm event and
treat the storm water. - Detained flow and storm overflow is designed to
drain to Quebec Street and to the east. - STREET IMPROVEMENTS
- Right turn lanes are planned for the access from
Quebec Street and East 128th Avenue. - As stated in the traffic study Oneida Street
access will not have any right turn lanes because
of low traffic volumes. - The intersection of Quebec Street and East 128th
Avenue will include a traffic signal and striping
to accommodate turn lanes and through lanes. - Traffic signals will be added at the Quebec
Street access to the site and the intersection of
Oneida and East 128th Avenue when warrants are
met. -
