PACT Admission Criteria

• Axis I Psychotic illness
• Schizophrenia
• Schizoaffective Disorder
• Bipolar Disorder
• Major Depression
• Not having a Cluster B personality disorder due
  to risk of undermining treatment by splitting

• Each patient is evaluated to determine his/her

  with each disorder

PACTs Continuity

• Single point of responsibility for all aspects of
  the recovering persons life that affects his or
  her stability in the community
• No arbitrary time limits on how long a person
  will be served by the team or how long any
  specific service will be provided
