Chocolate Muffins (cooked by my daughter
Sapir) Serves for 4 Preparing time 10
mins Cooking time 50 min. Yummy!!!

Ingredients 1 cup of milk 50g of butter 1 cup of
self rising flour 3 table spoons of cacao 1 tea
spoon of vanilla extract ¾ cup of white sugar ¾
cup of brown sugar 3 table spoons cooking oil 1
tablespoon of icing sugar 4 muffins cups (1 per
person)

On warm pan add the milk and the butter Stir the
butter to cause to melt

Add the white sugar and the vanilla extract. Stir
the mixture

Add the self rising flour and 2 table spoon of
cocoa. (leaving one spoon for the next
step) Stir the mixture

Brush the muffins cups with the oil and divide
the mixture per each cup

Mix the rest of the cocoa and the brown sugar to
one mixture and disperse around the cups. This

Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) Boil 2 cups of
hot water pour ½ cup on each muffins cup. Pour
water over a wooden spoon so that it doesn't
disturb the mixture Place the cups on a coking
tray and place the tray in the oven for 50 mins.
(180C-360F)

After 50 mins Disperse the around the cups
Sprinkle muffins with icing sugar (I took one
out for security checking)
