Our lab studies the COP9 Signalosome (CSN) in
Arabidopsis and Drosophila. We are interested in
understanding how this multi-protein complex
regulates development in such diverse organisms.
Our results indicate that the CSN works as a
central coordinator of multiple signaling
pathways, and with a variety of other proteins,
to regulate such essential processes as light
signaling in plants and carcino-genesis in
animals. Recent publications Oron E, Mannervik
