Motivation

• No uniform societies support ACCVs
• Each ACCV has different format of proc.
• No office to sell all back numbers of previous
  ACCV proc.

• Form a loose federation of CV, IP and related
  societies in Asia
• Example of CV IP societies in Japan
• SIG-CVIM in IPSJ
• (Current Chairman Ikeuchi)
• SIG-PRMU in IEICE
• (Current Chairman Yachida)

• Chairmen meeting at each ACCV
• advice next ACCV
• discuss cooperation among societies
• fellowship (if any surplus from previous ACCV)
• General meeting after each banquet of ACCV
