  (Selecting consultant / Re-feasibility Study).
• Commencement of construction in early 2008
• Completion of construction by late 2009
• Goals
• Supporting Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Growth
  Corridor
• Reducing the Poverty of Cambodian People
• Supporting the Private Sectors.
• Creating around 25,000 to 30,000 jobs in
  Sihanoukville.
• Supporting the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port as
  a back up services.

• - Promotion of FDI and export oriented
  industries by improvement
• environments including the development of
  SEZ
• - Creating employment opportunities for younger
  generation

  transfering technology,
• - Promotion of support for local industries
• In the process of the Study, It is also intended
  to contribute to the capacity building of
  government officials concerned through their
  participation in planning exercise.
