trainer and entered in the ResultsEngine system.
13Update Progress (every 2 weeks)
- The participants goals are entered into
ResultsEngine. - They type update responses in the text boxes.
- Participants can click GuideMe for suggested
actions ideas related to their goal.
14On-Line Guidance
- GuideMe provides practical ideas for actions
specific to the users goal category. - Concise insights and explanations are available
click Tell Me More. - If participants like a suggestion, they click
Use It and it is pasted into their update
report.
15Involve a Coach or Trainer
- After the participants finish their updates,
they can request confidential feedback. - They select the people from whom they want
feedback. - They can add an optional personal question or
comment. - Click Send Request.
